A very quick sketch (and half-assed color job) of Jo and Meg from Bakuretsu Tenshi, drawn right after I'd finished the series. It had potential. The main plot (there was a MAIN PLOT. Hard to believe, innit?) could've gone to really cool places if only GONZO wasn't so tunnelvisioned about making the show solely about boobs, ass, ballistics, and ambiguously lesbianic mech pilots.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. ...but you sure as hell aren't kidding. Ahaha. I agree that it had potential, no doubt there. And the action sequences were fantastic, especially involving the mechs. But... yea. I think you summed it up just about right. <snicker>
