RunAvengers - The Mage

Runaways/Young Avengers crossover! Starring Wiccan (Billy) and Nico. Apparently Cloak and Dagger gave me such a kick with ink that I had to go back for more as soon as possible. And I've known I wanted to do something inky with lots of black with Nico. And I always will want to draw Billy, so crossover idea GET!

This was... the most dedication and thought I put in a drawing in a looong time. It's mostly cuz it's ink (i.e. permanent, indelible) so I had to plan it all out carefully before I started. I intended to use red/black as main colors and have the billowy stuff kind of mirror each other on the top and bottom. Repeated Wiccan's swirl/circle texture designs on Nico's outfit for extra resonance. ZINGGG. Right yeah if I'm a bit off right now it's because for the red color I've been alternating between red sharpie (the only thing that can color on white-out as;idfj) and red Copic marker and the FUMES holy fuck.

DON'T BE MISTAKEN I'm not a big fan of Nico at all I just like to draw her cuz she's billowy and goth and I get to draw badass things with my brush-tip pens.
